Question = I am a rising senior in high school and I am going to be
attending a cosmetology school in te fall. I eventually want to become a
hair stylist. I wanted to know if you have any advice to give me. When I
start working at a salon can you give me advice on how to get clients. Thanks a lot.
Hi Candice, I am sorry for the late reply. My advice to you, is to never get frustrated you must have a lot of
patience and it will come, if you have faith in your talent. Be persistent, aggressive, and professional. A good
suggestion to build your clientele is to offer discounts to try you and your service. Ex. 10% or 15% off. Never go to
low or they will feel you are desperate. I really hope this information helps you, and good luck with you new found
career.

I just finished chemotherapy and I was wondering if hair fusion was possible. I do not have a full head of hair. I do
however have some hair left just very thin. I was hoping u could contact me personally to see what my options
could be regarding this.
Hi, Hair fusion would not be very good for you if your hair is thinning or have thinned out. I would suggest a net
weave, or lace front wig, because it helps your hair rest and gives it a chance to grow back. Actually the lace front
wig would be the best option because it has no stress on your hair. Hope this helps, Rhonda

What is the difference between the Fusion Method and the sew-in technique?
The fusion method is totally undetectable, natural, and free flowing. Your edges and crown area are left out for
coverage so your hairstyles are very versatile.  You can wear chignons etc.
How long does the Fusion method last?
The Fusion method can last up to 60 . Upon removal you'll have 1-2 inches or more of new growth. It's very
important that your fusion be removed within the proper time period to prevent stress on the hair.
How is Fusion removed?
A licensed professional must remove them, a liquid solution/solvent (crumble) is used to remove the Fusion. Once
applied, it turns the fusion to a powder form and crumbles right off. You will not experience any hair loss. The
removal process for fusion is 2 - 4 hours.

Can I shampoo my Fusion?
Yes, I recommend the Design Essentials Moisture Retention for weaves. Make sure to brush your hair before you
shampoo to prevent tangling. (condition and moisturize regularly) Do not use hair products that contain a lot of oil.
If oil is needed use a dime/ pea size of oil twice a week.  Design Silk Essentials is great.

If I am experiencing hair loss or have extremely damaged hair will the fusion method help me?
No. I do not recommend Fusion until you build your hair to a healthy state. Perhaps trying a different weaving
method will be better for you. Try a sew-in or net-weave until your hair gets a little stronger.  If you are
alopecia/balding or a chemotherapy patient. I definitely recommend the Lace Front Wig. It's very beautiful and
natural looking.

How long does it take to install Fusion?
Installing fusion can take from two to eight hours, depending on the amount of hair you require and the size of the
fusion you select.
How much does the Fusion Method Cost?
The price range is from $250-1150. Each client needs and desired hairstyle will vary in cost. This price includes the
cost of the hair. Some clients request a full head, half of the head, highlights, added fullness or length. It all depends
on your natural hair length and your selected hairstyle.

Can I swim, or play sports while wearing Fusion?
Yes! Wet your extensions before getting in the water. You can still enjoy all your normal activities while wearing
your extensions. The only thing you cannot do is apply heat directly to the fusion; it will melt and cause shedding. I
suggest that each night you pull your hair into a ponytail, or use a silk scarf on your hair. You can braid it in two
plaits for easy maintenance or wrap it at night. For curly extensions, I suggest you pull your hair into one ponytail or
a silk hair bonnet.

Can I get a Sew-In if I am alopecia in the crown?
Yes! Netting is used instead of braids to cover the alopecia and it is then sewn in the cover the area.
How do I maintain my sew-in?
Wrap at night and tie a silk scarf around it. This will help you avoid having to hot curl it daily. Also, avoid using a lot
of oil because this will weigh the hair down. If needed use a dime or pea size.

Question = This will be my first time having a sew in weave and I'm not
sure of what texture of hair to buy. I was told to buy Zury hair, urban beauty hair or Remy.  What do you
recommend?
Answer
Hello, Thx for visiting the Website. Well Remy is the best, but pricey. If you are getting straight hair I prefer Milky
way Blue, then regular Milky way. Their hair is consistent and of great quality. If you are going with curly hair Milky
way is good also, and Sensual. I use Sensual Curly in my own hair weaves. Hope this helps. THX Rhonda

Question = As far as the fusion weaving is concerned, I hear all these wonderful things you can do with it and how
easy it it is to keep it up but what I want to know is how are you suppose to shampoo it at home? What happens
when your hair starts to grow...do you have to have it re tightened in the places its coming loose also i heard that
you can relax your hair with that stuff in....how exactly? Thanks in advance. Im thinking of having it done but
needed some questions answered first. Sy
Answer
Hi Shannon, It's best to get it shampooed by your stylist. When relaxing, I only advise relaxing the perimeter, where
the fusion is not. As it grows out. I do not recommend re tighten, I recommend getting it redone, which is up to 3
months.
